General information only
The guides on this site are general information, not legal, engineering or other professional advice. Every septic system and lot is different. A soil evaluator's design, a contractor's inspection, and the Virginia Department of Health's and the City of Suffolk's reading of their own rules are what count.
A referral service
SuffolkVASeptic.com connects homeowners who have septic systems in Suffolk, Virginia with independent local septic contractors. We don't guarantee a contractor's availability, pricing or work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. Fees, programs and rules change; check with the office each page names.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, SuffolkVASeptic.com is not responsible for work performed by contractors or for decisions made based on information on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
